In 2006, Fiedler Group was retained to assist 7-Eleven’s 6,970 stores grow by providing architectural, engineering, permitting, and project management services as a component of an aggressive new build and tenant improvement program.

Our scope for this rollout program include the following services:

• Site Investigation Reports,
• as-built drawings,
• site scoping meetings,
• floor plan layouts (incorporating ADA and health requirements),
• design,
• permitting, and
• bidding for vendors and contractors.
