McDonald’s, Murrieta

Fiedler Group is excited to announce the opening of another McDonald’s located at 40605 California Oaks Road in the City of Murrieta, California.

This project is located in the California Oaks Center and included the demolition of an existing retail building and construction of a 3,853 square foot prototype restaurant incorporating the latest contemporary exterior and interior décor package.

Fiedler Group was responsible for the architectural, MEP, and civil design, the implementation of the owner selected interior décor package, as well as addressing entitlement requirements for the City of Murrieta.

This location presented grading and drainage challenges resulting from the site being very flat and the need to meet the existing parking lot grades. The Fiedler Group civil engineering team was able to address these challenges effectively and meet with the needs of McDonald’s design standards.

Coordination with the California Oaks Center management and obtaining approval for the proposed project was an important part of the work that Fiedler Group performed to ensure that the project was completed successfully without construction delays.

Fiedler Group also has another McDonald’s rebuild project currently in plan check in the city of Fountain Valley, California which will also be featured when completed.
