McDonald’s, Loma Linda

Fiedler Group was retained by McDonald’s USA to provide full entitlement, building and civil design and permit services for a new restaurant in Loma Linda.

The store, which opened last month, is the fourth Fiedler Group designed McDonald’s store to open this year!

The design required extensive coordination with the developer and McDonald’s to use a non-standard exterior stone material and color to match the overall development design. The restaurant also underwent a lengthy city entitlement process.

The restaurant, located at 25775 Barton Road, is a 3,838 square foot prototype restaurant featuring McDonald’s new sophisticated and contemporary exterior design.

The dining room features an upscale, trendy feel and is arranged around several seating theme areas. The site also boasts dual drive thru lanes which provide for faster service to drive thru customers.

Fiedler Group also has another McDonald’s currently under construction in Murrieta, and will be featured as well, upon completion.
