Fiedler Group has been involved with the design and permitting of numerous McDonald’s projects in 2012, and we are excited to announce that four have opened in the last 30 days!

This month, our featured projects highlight two new build locations in Moreno Valley and Costa Mesa, plus two major rebuild projects in Rancho Penasquitos and San Diego.

Fiedler Group was responsible for the architectural, MEP, and civil design for each of these locations, as well as addressing entitlement requirements for the Moreno Valley and Costa Mesa stores.

Design efforts included re-imaging of the existing stores in Rancho Penasquitos and San Diego with significant exterior upgrades to McDonald’s new, upscale design standards.

We worked hard to compliment the surrounding architecture at the new build stores in Moreno Valley and Costa Mesa while maintaining important McDonald’s image standards.

All stores introduced new interior décor packages and dual vehicle drive-thru upgrades.
