Health care provider, Kaiser Permanente, recently opened a new medical office building in Victorville, California, just adjacent to an existing Kaiser facility at its High Desert Medical Offices campus.
The new 9,000 square foot building, located at 14011 Park Avenue, boasts nine physician offices for primary care and 16 exam rooms, serving 64,000 members in the High Desert region.
Like its other building, this new Kaiser facility also features energy-efficient electrical, air, and plumbing systems, along with dual-glazed exterior windows — yielding a LEED certification for its green building focus.
With the addition of this new building to the Victorville campus, the two Kaiser buildings together offer a range of health care services including Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Allergy, and Physical Therapy.
Partnering with Project Frog and gkkworks, Fiedler Group provided the project entitlement, and civil and landscape design services.
