Family Dollar, Westmorland

Family Dollar recently opened a new retail location in Westmorland, California.

The 8,320 square foot facility (104 ‘ x 80′) located at 223 E. Main Street features a building design that includes a NUCOR structural building system.

The Family Dollar store also includes a 30′ high arched entry feature, insulated metal wall panels, a glass store front, entry fascia, and four accent windows located above the fascia band.

Additional architectural components included an accent band at along the building parapet, a 6’ high stone wainscot made from fiber cement panels, and a metal panel roof.

Fiedler Group provided the civil, architectural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and landscape design for this project, along with entitlement services and processing of all applicable development permits.

This marks the third Family Dollar location designed and permitted by Fiedler Group.

Family Dollar currently operates more than 7,600 stores nationwide, and continues its expansion into the Southern California region by constructing build-to-suit projects.

Other Family Dollar stores in partnership with Fiedler Group are located in Colton and San Bernardino.
