7-Eleven, Riverside

Fiedler Group is excited to announce the opening of a new 7-Eleven located in the City of Riverside, California south of the 91 freeway.

Fiedler Group has served 7-Eleven for more than a decade, having provided architectural design and permitting services for 17 new build stores and over 540 tenant improvement projects in California, Texas, and Utah.

Located at 6692 Indiana Ave., this project is located on a 0.75 acre site, consists of a 3,000 square foot convenience store and 6 multi-grade gasoline dispensers and is part of an existing development with shared parking with Bakers restaurant.

This 7-Eleven building used a Structural Insulated Panel system (SIP) for the building structure and incorporated architectural features and designs to create an attractive building while receiving the benefit of both cost and construction time savings.

The canopy was enhanced to match the building architecture with stucco stone on the columns and a tile mansard.

Fiedler Group was responsible for the architectural, MEP, landscape, and civil design, as well as addressing entitlement requirements for the City of Riverside.

The contractor for this project was RD Builders, Inc. based in Anaheim, California.

Fiedler Group has another 7-Eleven project currently in for permits in the City of Los Angeles, California.
