New Sylmar Food 4 Less Fuel Station Now Open

Food 4 Less opened its newest retail fuel station at 12625 N. Glenoaks Blvd., Sylmar on December 29th.
Located at the corner of Glenoaks Blvd. and Hubbard St., this new fuel station from Kroger features 5 fuel dispensers in a stacked configuration under a 3,956 square foot fueling canopy, with a 201 square foot kiosk, two underground storage tanks with associated fueling system components, and Chambermaxx underground infiltration system.
The fuel service station features include Kroger’s trademark red and silver canopy fascia, island kiosk with employee restroom, and dual paypoints for customer convenience.
Fiedler Group provided all architectural, on-site and off-site civil, structural, landscape, fuel, and electrical design required for the project development.
Entitlement processing and expedited permitting services provided by Fiedler Group included Building, Grading, Landscape, Electrical, Bureau of Engineering, Sanitation, Fire, Stormwater Mitigation and LID approvals from LA City, and SCAQMD approval.
Construction of this new fuel station was provided by Charles E. Thomas Co.
