New 7-Eleven Store Opens in Goleta

Fiedler Group is excited to announce the opening of the latest 7-Eleven convenience store in the Central California Coast.

Located at 5342 Hollister Avenue (at the northwest corner of Hollister Avenue and Chapel Street) in the City of Goleta, California, this new 7-Eleven facility is a Tenant Improvement project encompassing 2,636 square feet of retail.

This project site is an existing strip center with three tenant spaces. 7-Eleven remodeled two of the three tenant spaces, combining them to create their new store.

Fiedler Group was responsible for the project management, architectural, MEP design, and implementation of the owner selected interior décor package.

Additionally, Fiedler Group processed and obtained the necessary project approvals through the local government agencies including planning, building, and health approvals.

The contractor for this project was Gray Construction based in Anaheim, CA.
