7-Elevens Opens Two New Southern California Stores

Fiedler Group is excited to announce the recent openings of two new 7 Eleven stores located in the Greater Los Angeles Market area.

Both locations were interior tenant improvement projects in existing shopping center buildings.

The first store is located at 1014 Pacific Coast Hwy @ Martin Luther King Jr, in the City of Long Beach, CA and is a 2,636 square foot tenant improvement project.

This new store replaced an existing beauty supply store in an existing mini shopping center. The existing interior improvements were removed and completely replaced with the latest 7-Eleven standard interior finishes. All mechanical equipment was replaced to meet the needs of a successful location.

Fiedler Group was responsible for the project management, architectural, MEP design, and the implementation of the owner selected interior décor package, as well as processing and obtaining approvals through the City of Long Beach planning, building, fire, and health divisions.

The contractor for this project was ASI Development based in Huntington Beach, CA.

The second store recently opened is a 2,940 square foot space located at 125 North Tustin St. @ Chapman in the City of Orange, CA.

This store was created by combining two existing retail spaces into one larger space. Since these two spaces were separate, the existing utilities needed to be combined and utilized to serve the new convenience store use. Fiedler Group separated the new electrical loads between the two existing electrical services and were able to utilize one of the gas and water meters.

Fiedler Group was responsible for the project management, building design, MEP design, and the implementation of the owner selected interior décor package, as well as processing and obtaining approvals through the local government agencies including planning, building, and health approvals.

The contractor for this project was PR Construction based in The City of Orange, CA.

Fiedler Group is working on several other 7-Eleven locations in design and permitting, and five projects currently under construction within the greater Los Angeles area.
