Conserv Fuel Opens Remodeled C-Store in Valencia

Several weeks ago, the Moller Investment Group celebrated the re-opening of their recently remodeled convenience store in Valencia, California.

Located across the street from Magic Mountain at 28120 The Old Road, the 2,750 sq. ft. modernized store is the anchor for Conserv Fuels service offering which also includes a 42’ x 90’ fuel canopy with 6 dispensers and a 20’ x 51’ car wash.

The new store includes a 9 door walk-in cooler and 2 door walk-in freezer. Enlarged restrooms with rich wall finishes and infinity sinks are designed to accommodate the needs of multiple customers. The sales area offers wood tile flooring with an assortment of tile and wood plank wall surfaces, and new suspended ceiling.
