Chevron is one of the world’s “supermajor” oil companies. For the past five years, it has been continuously ranked as one of America’s five largest corporations by Fortune 500.

Due to our long-standing expertise with independent petroleum franchisees, a Highland-area Chevron franchisee group retained Fiedler Group to design, entitle, permit, bid, and supervise the construction management of the facility’s newbuild, located at 27981 Greenspot Road, just off Highway 210.

The single-story facility features a 3,010-square foot convenience store, a 1,237-square foot automated drive-thru car wash, and eight fuel dispensers.

The stucco building is a single story structure with decorative columns, hipped roof, a faux stacked fieldstone, and a 28’ tower above the main entry.  Each architectural element was designed to complement the adjacent LA Fitness and In-N-Out Restaurant.

The facility opened March 23, 2012.

Upon opening, the facility was awarded an extremely high rating of 96% on the Chevron ExtraMile Post Conversion Franchise Certification Checklist.

The project has been well received by the community and sales for the facility have exceed our clients projections.
